Profile Overview

As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall digital advertising strategy and relationship between the ad agency and its clients. You will lead a team of account managers and work closely with internal teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered successfully and meet client objectives.


  • Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the secondary point of contact for all digital advertising needs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies and campaigns that align with client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. creative, media planning, other cluster heads) to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on time
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and making recommendations for optimization as needed
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones for multiple clients, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on campaign performance, including detailed analysis of KPIs and recommendations for improvement
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and changes, staying informed of new technologies and tools that could benefit clients
  • Continually identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts, and work closely with the new business team to win new business
  • Manage a cluster of brands , account managers and account executives
  • Be responsible for growth of set team members
